How are my cards shipped?

We ship your cards with the most secure standard of shipping trading cards depending on the order-- refer to this video for definition of "secure standard". We will try our best to ensure that the cards delivered to you will be in the same condition as when they are shipped out. Once your card is shipped out, the delivery process will be handled by a third-party shipping fulfillment company and Pika Team forfeits any responsibility in handling the shipping process. Shipping process includes but is not limited to: shipment of products, care in handling your package, and shipping to the proper address provided. Ready to ship your cards?

Pika Team will hold all your purchases until you are ready to have them shipped. As soon as shipping is purchased, all previously purchased items will be prepared to be sent out. Please ensure that you enter your shipping address during checkout correctly. Pika Team is not responsible for any mistakes for improperly filled addresses. Every package is sent with a tracking number that will be emailed to you.
