REFUNDS

We have a no return policy on opened products, which means any product unsealed on livestream cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened. Once an item in your order is unsealed, any item within the same order may not be refunded during the opening process.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pikateam.com or mention about your return on stream. If your return is accepted, we will send the amount owed of unopened products back to the original . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After Shipping your Order

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@pikateam.com so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Issues that are not made aware of 24 hours upon reception will not be accepted and any issue resolved is at the discretion of Pika Team. Pika Team reserves the right to reject any returns after examination. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will only process returns if the product you received is not the product you ordered. We will not accept returns on products that belong to your order. Returns may be compensated in forms of product exchanges or money returns at the discretion of Pika Team.


Exchanges
You may exchange items from completed orders with other customers if both parties come to agreement. We are not liable for any lost or misplaced cards during the exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
